A New Era, Possibly a New Hope
…
 Celebrate Good Times. Come on! I guess this can be considered the Tuesday intro into the world of Thoughtpennies. Or perhaps I should say Mythos, since that sounds cooler and it implies that we are patron deities. Patron deities of AWESOME. I also drew Bob with a thumbs up pose because Bob would never do a pose like that, unless it was meant to make fun of me since I make that pose all the time. I wrote “Possibly” in the title simply due to the fact that most Americans see Barack Obama as a New Hope, and I don’t want to get up all in his business and stuff. We’ll let the man embody Hope for now, and then maybe once he’s done we’ll take over . ~Tirumari |
 Because You Can Never Have Enough Reasons… to celebrate something that has been a long time coming. Okay, okay, I know we’ve already launched the site, and technically this should have been the first rather than the third post here, but T.J. loves this comic and its a reason for me to feel good about what we’ve done here, so the rest of you can shut up if you don’t like it. Another reason to stick with “possibly” a new hope:
If it was just “A New Hope”, it would be blatant copyright infringement of the original Star Wars. And yes I realize the fact that I know that makes me look like the most extreme of geeks, but it made me smile when I thought of it.

I has no arms. Why don’t I have arms? Arms are useful. So are the hands that are attached to the arms. Without hands I couldn’t strangle you.

The face on the sun actually made me lol - I love it, haha - I’m new to the comic, but as a college student and fan of awkward adventures, I am super excited about this one :D!
